The Solitary Web is dedicated to helping non-profit organizations, groups, charities and individuals (public speakers, presenters, entertainers). I have been working with these groups since 1995 and understand where you are and what you are trying to accomplish. I do most of my work on a donation or volunteer basis as an outreach to the rest of the world for those organizations I believe in and hold close to my heart. Why you need me...
I know what it means to run a business with few resources and how hard it is to do and know it all. The last thing you have time for is all the web development involved in promoting you or your group.
I'm pretty flexible and, if I don't know how to do something, I learn how. Whether your current page is Joomla, Wiki, Dolphin, Dreamweaver, or-anything-else based, I usually figure it out. Or perhaps, your site is behind the times and needing an upgrade or face lift, I can work with what you've got. Don't have a site? I can show you how to get started. Even if I don't do it myself, I know some resources to help you.
